The Yearbook on International Investment Law & Policy 2015-2016 (L. Sachs and L. Johnson, eds.) has just been published by Oxford University Press. A foreword by Gabrielle Kaufmann-Kohler, and preface by Joseph Stiglitz, are available here. The Yearbook includes my article, Multinational Enterprises and Investment Treaties.
